This post’s title alludes to the fact that it’s my first one.
Breakfast this AM consisted of my regular protein smoothie. I use MyoFusion Elite in Chocolate — it is so good. It has 25g protein per scoop. I recently started taking protein (maybe 2 weeks ago) because I am trying to up my protein intake and add some muscle mass. I’ve also been doing a lot of weight lifting, so this is an easy way for me to supplement and recover from workouts. I want to try their vanilla and peanut butter flavors too.
Breakfast Chocolate Mocha Shake
4-5 ice cubes
1 scoop MyoFusion Chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup AlmondBreeze chocolate almond milk
8 oz. of double-brewed Cinnamon Swirl coffee from Brew La La

It’s usually much more of a chocolate milk consistency by the time I get to work and drink it. I also had a bowl of plain Chobani Greek Yogurt with about 1 tsp. of honey and some sweetener, and a banana with 1 tsp. Wegmans Natural Peanut Butter.
